Week 43: Interviews, hivatal, and other dandy stuff

Hellosztok!

First of all congratulations to all those that are graduating, especially my sister! She is awesome and I am super proud of her!

So this past week I got sick but it is all good because I am better now! Unfortunately, after emailing I was not feeling so well and I checked my temperature and I got a fever so I was out for that day and Sunday so we couldn't do anything for P-day. But it is all good, I am good now and we will be going to St. Gellert's hegy and checking out the Budavari part of Buda! Super excited!

The Budapest zone met the zone goal so there will be a zone day on Friday and I am really excited for that! This week was interview week so President was traveling all around Hungary for interviews! Elder Shepherd and I had to organize a lot of the mail and other things to be delivered to the missionaries this past week and that was fun! Sister Szabadkai gave us some dinner afterwards and it was glorious! You can't go wrong with Hungarian food!

I met with one of our investigators this past week and his name is Bence! Super good lesson! He committed to read and pray about the Book of Mormon before our next meeting! We also met with a new investigator who met with the missionaries a couple of months ago but missionaries lost contact of him! But we met with him last night and he is from Mexico and can speak Spanish, English, and Hungarian! Super cool guy but has a lot of interesting views about the church. We are helping him with that right now because he literally laid out all of his concerns on our first meeting with him last night which is super helpful!

I love Buda and I love serving here! Serving a mission is the greatest thing and I would never trade the experience for anything! Thank you for the prayers!

Sok Szeretettel,
Elder Ballard
