Week 86: Jól Telt a Hetünk

Sziasztok!

This week went really well and really fast! I can't believe it is half way through the transfer! This week we found a lot of potential investigators and we found a couple of new investigators. We tracted into a couple a couple of days ago and they immediately let us in. And they just listened and heard the unique message of the Restoration and eternal marriages. I have never met anyone before so willing and so ready to listen before! We are meeting with them tomorrow :)

While we were doing look ups, we saw an older woman working on her garden. We stopped to ask her if she needed help and she said no but we asked her if she knew anyone that would be interested and she pointed to a building to tract. An old investigator lived there and we got talking with her but she was not interested. Afterwards, we continued tracting and we tracted into that same older lady. Anddddd, she let us in! We shared a bit about the Book of Mormon but we scheduled a time to come back which will also be tomorrow!

We went on splits with the elders from Székesfehérvár (its always a tongue twister whenever I pronounce that word) and that went well. I went with Elder Howard who is in the glasses. Super cool missionary, knows the language really well and is very personal with people. He relates to them well. We talked about priesthood authority with people on the street and the Book of Mormon.

As a spiritual thought, I would like to share something President Nelson said," "I exhort you to study the messages of this conference frequently—even repeatedly—during the next six months. Conscientiously look for ways to incorporate these messages in your family home evenings, your gospel teaching, your conversations with family and friends, and even your discussions with those not of our faith. Many good people will respond to the truths taught in this conference when offered in love. And your desire to obey will be enhanced as you remember and reflect upon what you have felt these past two days." (Let Us All Press On - President Nelson, General Conference 2018, Sunday Afternoon)

LET US ALL PRESS ON IN THE WORK OF THE LORD

Love,
Elder Ballard

We played soccer with some random kids, and here is a classic thumbs up picture from yours truly ;)
